I don't usually read fiction of this genre, but I am hooked on this series already. The author has thoroughly thought her premises out, so the plot is cohesive as well as gripping. I recommend that you start with the opening book, Contaminated, because what happens in this story references the first book a number of times, and the plot is sufficiently complex that you will want to have a handle on all the threads.It's a great series, properly copy edited, and I hope it becomes another five-book trilogy! Recommended.

Awesome story. Smart, engaging, and unique. I couldn't put it down. Loved it and look forward to reading more from this Author.
This a fun read, that kept my attention. I looked forward to settling down each night to curl up with Cured. Now I'm impatiently awaiting the next book.
I'm not a speed reader but I spent every available minute I had to get to the end of this book.
A new, more intelligent take on the zombie apocalypse.
An imaginative and well conceived story! I love YA and this is a great new voice. I kept it to 4 stars because I’d like to see this talented author work the details a little more rigorously, both plot-wise and prose style. Splitting hairs. Need next book.
Nice twist on the zombie apocalypse. The one thing that drove me crazy, however, is the constant assertion that the Sectetary of State is third in line for the Presidency. It's the VP, the Speaker of the House, the president pro tempore of the Senate, and *then* the Secretary of State. Didn't we all learn that in 8th grade civics? Anyway, since we're suspending reality anyway, I guess rewriting the Presidential Succession Act is no big deal.
Very hard-to-put-down. Great spin on the zombie apocalypse storyline - what happens if you can cure a zombie? Be sure to read Contaminated first, though. It gives you prequel info on various characters in Cured that help make sense of who's who. Very compelling read. Can't wait for the next book in the series!!!
